Well Being Workshops

A skills training workshop series targeted at supporting patients and carers develop skills required for health, wellness and overall mental well being.

At Sickle Cell Society we understand that living with a chronic illness and caring sometimes comes with it’s ups and downs particularly in a covid and post-covid world.

Join our workshops with trained specialists in mental health for this safe space skills focused sessions designed to help you deal with your everyday work, life balance.

Patients & Carers Support Network Hangouts

Providing Support, Education and awareness to sickle-cell community in Ireland. This network provides a safe space dialogue for patients and carers. We are also available to meet with you one to one for your personal queries on any aspects of coping. Join us from Saturday, the 3rd of April, 2021 at 6pm GMT. Sign up to join us!

Sickle Cell Awareness Football Match

Sickle Cell Awareness Football Match is an initiative of the Sickle Cell Initiative for Youths Project (SCI-FY), led by our youth advocates in raising awareness for sickle cell through friendly football games.

VHI Women’s Mini Marathon

VHI Women’s Mini Marathon runs annually every June. Participating in this event gives sickle cell matters campaign a national platform to raise awareness for sickle cell. Register for more details.
